Wecom Fiber Equipment Return Policy
When you or Wecom Fiber terminate the service, please return the Wecom Fiber equipment to us within 15 calendar days, following our current return procedures available on our website. If you do not return the equipment within this period, or if the equipment is damaged or inoperable, you will be charged an “Equipment Non-Return Fee” of $200.
Residential Termination of Service:
If the Initial Contract Term is month-to-month, there is a thirty (30) day notice period to terminate the service.
At such time as You or Wecom Fiber terminate the Service, You will return the Provider Service Equipment to us within 15 days.
Residential Gateway (RG) or Optical Network Terminal (ONT) equipment can be dropped off or mailed to:

In the event that You have not returned the Provider Service Equipment within 15 calendar days, or in the event that the Provider Equipment is damaged or otherwise inoperable, You will pay each applicable “Equipment Non-Return Fee” of $200.00.
